We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Ground and expedited methods do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to post office boxes.
Upon checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation with a copy of your order.
Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days, please see shipping rates above for average transit time by method. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. For expedited shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. At The Beauty Barn, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it by following the steps below.
- On the packing slip that accompanied your order, fill in the return form for each item you wish to return.
- Detach and enclose the return form, along with the product(s) you are returning, in the original packaging if possible.
- Peel off the pre-printed return label on the front of the packing slip and adhere it to the return package.
- We recommend that you send your return via ups or insured parcel post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please be sure to note tracking in the event you need further assistance with your return.
- Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

If your return contains one of these products, the entire shipment must ship by ground.
If your return does not contain one of these products, please ensure that your return shipper does not display an ORM-D sticker.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
